The Speaker of the Yemeni Parliament Sultan al-Barakani has sent the President of the European Parliament a letter in which he sets out the Houthi violations against MPs living in the rebels-held capital Sana'a.
The letter was submitted by the chief of Yemen's mission to the EU Mohammed Mustafa to the office of the European Parliament's President.
The letter indicated that the Iran affiliated militants stormed the houses of MPs and committed abuses against their relatives in the aftermath of the MPs' convening of an extraordinary session the in the country's eastern city of Sayoon last month.
