Foreign Minister Khaled Alyemany met on Tuesday with American Ambassador to our country Mathew Tuller.
The session aimed to discuss the political developments in view of the outcomes of the quartet's recent meeting.
Alyemany applauded the outcomes of the quartet's meeting held last Friday in London, describing setting out timeline for implementing Stockholm Agreement prior May 15, 2019 as a strong and clear message.
The Foreign Minister deeply appreciated the United States' significant and influential role in supporting the peace, besides American substantial support for the Yemeni government.
For his part, the American diplomat stressed on the importance of implementing Stockholm Agreement as a key step of building confidence to reach a peaceful settlement in Yemen.
MrTuller reiterated welcoming the convening of the Parliament's sessions in Sayoon, looking forward to see the Parliament's resumes its sessions in the temporary capital Aden after Ramdan.
He also reiterated his administration's commitment to keep on working with the Yemeni government, coordinate and cooperate about different economic and security issues.
