Minister of Water and Environment Dr Ezi Shoreim said putschist Houthi militia has caused large scale damages to ecosystems in different parts of the country in mainland and maritime ever since it carried out its coup against a legitimate .
In his opening remarks at high-profile gathering of the UN General Assembly for Environment held in Keynian capital Niarobi, Shoreim added saying "while legitimate government has been seeking to achieve sustainable peace to secure better future for our generations, Houthi militia has continued to plant tens of thousands of landmines and maritime mines as wells, a matter poses n existential threat to the populations' lives for decades to come".
