Prime Minister Dr Ma'een Abdulmalik received Tuesday in Aden the UN Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen Lise Grande.
Discussions focused on the UN's efforts and projects in Yemen, mainly in the humanitarian, health and relief—particularly in the province of Al-Maharah in the wake of the Luban tropical storm.
The Prime Minister urged the UN agencies and international organizations to further increase support for the affected people in Al-Maharah.
He also called on the UN's organizations and other international agencies to open their offices in the temporary capital Aden so that they can act easily and freely, delivering humanitarian aids to all people in need all over the Yemeni provinces.
