Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak stressed the importance of Yemeni expatriates staying connected to their homeland and contributing to its development.

Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior Engineer Ahmed Almaisari met Tuesday in the interim capital Aden with the UNICEF delegation headed by the deputy of the UNICEF's Resident representative in Yemen Dr Sherin Faraki.
The delegation detailed Eng. Almaisari about the UNICEF's new action-plan and programs. The team also touched upon the UNICEF's top priority projects in Yemen including Pensions Fund which aims to cover some one million family due to the hardships created by Houthi militia war and child recruitment.
The UNICEF's delegation explained the organization's policy aims to increase its staffs and contacts with officials in charge to help carrying out the planned programs and projects.
Al-Maisari deeply appreciated the efforts have been made by the UNICEF in different domains. He confirmed that the government is ready to offer every necessary help to enable the organization doing its job successfully and implementing its projects.
