The Supreme Council of Energy (SCE) has approved a number of plans and alternatives to develop strategic solutions to improve the electricity services by using renewable energy and less cost fuels to generate electricity.

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizar Ba-Suhaib discussed on Tuesday with World Food Program Monitoring Officer Julia Stit a number of topics on activity of the program in Yemen.
The meeting also discussed facilitationsand privileges provided by the ministry to the program and reason of reduction its portions of food assistances in affected areas.
Ba-Suhaib stressed that the program should define portions of distributions and their destination before demand of custom fees pardon and licenses in accordance to the law and regulations.
He confirmed that the security situation in Aden is stable and the program can perform its work from the transitional capital, pledging providing necessary support for this purpose.
