Along with several world leaders, President Abdu R. Mansour Hadi attended the opening of the UN General Assembly in New York on Tuesday.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres kicked off the Assembly's annual debate by warningthat "our world is in trouble,"

Guterres said there are seven key threats facing the world: the risk of nuclear conflict, terrorism, unresolved conflicts and violations of international humanitarian law, climate change, rising inequality, cybersecurity, and people on the move.

Hadi is expected to deliver Yemen's speech and address the suffering and misery bred by the Saleh-Houthi rebels and their backers who continue with the coup de 'ate in infringement of the UNSC resolution 2216.
