The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Prime Minister Ahmed Obeid bin-Daghar on Sunday inaugurated an electricity station in Mocha after it was re-fixed and maintained by the UAE Red Crescent.
The premier directed relevant authorities to promptly achieve the other works of the station and bring back electricity to all districts of Taiz.
Bin Daghar also directed to pay the salaries of all public servants in Mocha, affirming that the government is operating to normalize the life of Mocha's people and provide all essential services.
The prime minister also inspected all sectors of the electricity station, ordering competent authorities to resolve any problems and provide fuel for the station.
