Yemen's Ambassador to Austria Haitham Shuja al-Ddin discussed Friday with Engineer Mudar Khoja, the Secretary-General of the Arab-Austrian Chamber of Commerce, bilateral relations between Yemen and the Chamber of Commerce and ways to develop and strengthen them.
During the meeting, Ambassador Shuja' al-Ddin reviewed challenges facing the government in the field of reforming the electrical system and discussed the possibility of the Chamber of Commerce creating companies with the Austrian private sector in the field of electrical energy, especially in the field of renewable energy.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the Chamber of Commerce expressed his readiness to support the Yemeni government's efforts to improve the electricity system in cooperation with the Austrian private sector.
