Shabwah Governor Awad bin al-Wazir discussed Wednesday with the Commander of the Arab Coalition Forces in the governorate Brig. Gen. Masaleh Al-Otaibi ways to strengthen coordination in support of the governorate and reinforce security and stability.
The meeting reviewed a number of issues of mutual interest, with particular focus on supporting development and reconstruction efforts and continuing the implementation of service and development projects aimed at improving essential public services and meeting the aspirations of the people of Shabwah for sustainable development.
Governor bin al-Wazir praised the fraternal support provided by the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the efforts of the local authority, as well as its role in strengthening the capabilities of the governorate’s security and military institutions and key public service sectors.
For his part, Brig. Gen. Masaleh Al-Otaibi reaffirmed the Coalition’s commitment to continuing its support for the local authority in Shabwah and enhancing cooperation and coordination across various fields in a manner that serves the governorate’s security and stability, supports the development process, and strengthens preparedness to address current challenges.
