Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Mustafa Noman met Wednesday with German Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Niels Annen.

The two official discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations in a number of areas of mutual interest.

On the sidelines of the Oslo Forum for Mediation, held in the Norwegian capital, the two sides reviewed Germany’s role in supporting Yemen politically and through development and humanitarian assistance, contributing to efforts to promote stability and mitigate the impact of the crises facing the country.

Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing and intensifying international efforts to support the political process in Yemen.

They also emphasized strengthening development and humanitarian partnerships with the Yemeni government in line with the priorities outlined in the government's plans.
