MAKKAH-SABA
Pilgrims performing Hajj continued the ritual of stoning the Jamarat on Saturday, the third and final day of Tashreeq and the last day of the pilgrimage, as they made their way to the Jamarat Complex to cast pebbles at the three pillars, beginning with the Small Jamarah, followed by the Middle Jamarah, and concluding with Jamarat Al-Aqaba, in accordance with the tradition of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the Jamarat Complex witnessed a smooth flow of pilgrims from the early morning hours, supported by carefully coordinated crowd-management plans and comprehensive field organization. These measures facilitated the movement of worshippers through designated routes and exits under an advanced operational system designed to accommodate crowd densities and scheduled group movements, enabling pilgrims to perform the ritual safely and with ease.
Security, health, and service agencies continued to work in close coordination across areas surrounding the Jamarat Complex, with field teams, guidance centers, and emergency medical services deployed to ensure the safety and well-being of pilgrims and enhance the quality of services provided throughout their spiritual journey in the holy sites.
With the completion of the stoning ritual on the final day of Tashreeq, pilgrims who remained in Mina to complete the full Hajj rites are concluding their pilgrimage before heading to the Grand Mosque to perform the Farewell Tawaf, marking the end of their Hajj in an atmosphere of devotion and gratitude.
The efficient management of pilgrim movements during the days of Tashreeq reflects the high level of coordination among the relevant authorities and the effectiveness of operational plans aimed at ensuring safe crowd movement, while supporting the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to enhance services and enrich the pilgrimage experience for the Guests of Allah.
