His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) stated that the government is keenly seeking to make al-Dhale'a governorate better, develop the infrastructure and improve basic services.
" The government is very interested in sustaining the Local Authority's ongoing efforts aimed to address the pressing needs and to deliver on its obligations in different fields", he said.
During his meeting today, Thursday, with the Governor of al-Dhale'a Ahmed al-Faqih, the President, the President added" Improving basic services and boosting prospects of development must be a top priority for the government and the local authority in al-Dhale'a".
Al-Faqih reported to al-Alimi about the situations in the governorate, the local authority's plans and ongoing efforts as well as the challenges need to be addressed.
The Chairman of the PLC urged the fellow citizens in al-Dhale'a governorate to act jointly, take the advantage of the opportunity offered by the strategic partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to make al-Dhale'a better.
