Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani chaired a government meeting on Sunday to review the latest economic, humanitarian and public service developments, and assess the repercussions of the continued attacks by the Houthi terrorist militia on commercial shipping and its threats to the security of the Red Sea and international maritime routes as part of its implementation of the Iranian agenda aimed at undermining regional security and stability.

Health Minister praises UNICEF's role in sustaining the Ministry's plans

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhaybeh greatly valued the UNICEF's role in supporting the Ministry's health sector recovery plan, highly appreciating the UNICEF's support for the Ministry to adopt decentralization policy.

He voiced his remark during his conversations today, Thursday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Representative of the UNICEF in Yemen Peter Hawkins.

Joint cooperation and partnership between the Ministry and the UNICEF was key focus of the discussions.
