Deputy Chief of General Staff meets with military advisor of UN's envoy

Deputy Chief of General Staff Maj. General Ahmed al-Basser held talks today, Sunday, in the temporary capital Aden with Military Advisor of the UN's Envoy to Yemen Antony Hayward and his accompanying delegation.

The discussions covered topical military issues amid the persistent attacks by the terrorist Houthi militias on the armed forces' positions in the various frontlines.

General al-Basser explained that the Iran-backed Terrorist Houthi militias holds a racist-sectarian scheme aimed to destabilize Yemen and the region, affirming that these militias do not believe in peace .

The UN's envoy military advisor said " The UN has been deeply engaged in re-assessing the situations in order to help realizing peace in Yemen amid the ongoing serious developments and the critical stage Yemen has been experiencing.
