Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Tawfiq al-Sharjabi held virtual talks with the Yemen Country Manager of the World Bank Group Dina Abu-Ghaida over the third additional financing for the human capital project.
Talks went over challenges emanating from climate change in Yemen, and the list of projects proposed to be financed under the third additional financing.
