Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Algeria Ali al-Yazidi along with Ambassadors of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Abdullah al-Baseari, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Bahrain Fowad al-Bahranah and the Charged' Affairs of the embassy of the State of Kuwait Khaled al-Yoha held session today with the Director General of the Multi-Party Directorate at the Algerian Foreign Ministry Saeed Khalifi.
The session is intended to discuss the humanitarian miserable situations in Yemen due to the ongoing war triggered by the terrorist Iran-allied Houthi militias on the Yemeni people, the militia's insistence on fighting, rejecting all international and regional proposals to end the war, establish peace.
The conversations touched upon the 49th Session of the Human Rights Council (HRC) scheduled to be held during the time 25 February to 30 March 2022. The talks aimed to mobilize Arabs' and Muslims' and friends' support for the Yemeni government's statement about human rights as it happened the previous 48th session of the HRC.
The Algerian official confirmed his country's support for the Yemeni people, Yemen's unity and its territorial integrity.
He also stated that Algeria's delegation to the HRC's session will mobilize support for the Yemeni government's statement about human rights.
