Yemen’s Information Minister said on Thursday that the Houthi militia are pressuring African migrants to hide the facts about the genocide of fellow refugees Sana’a detention facility two days ago.
Muammar al-Eryani told Saba that the militia are forcing the survivors and relatives of the victims of the migrant detention center inferno to hide the facts in case any international investigations start and they are requested for interview.
The Houthi militia rounded up hundreds of African immigrants to a Sana’a jail demanding them to join the warfronts against the government or pay some amounts of money. When they refused both options, militiamen threw a bomb into their overcrowded hostel rendering 44 dead and 180 injured.
