Shura Council Chairman Arrives in Cairo to Participate in Conference for Arab Parliament
Chairman of the Shura Council Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Daghr, accompanied by his deputy Dr. Abdullah Abu al-Ghaith, arrived in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, Thursday to participate in the proceedings of the eighth conference of the Arab Parliament and Speakers of Arab Councils and Parliaments, scheduled to be held next Saturday at the headquarters of the League of Arab States.

Amb.Tureik, Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister discuss bilateral relations

ANKARA
The Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Turkey Mohammed Tureik held talks today, Wednesday, with the Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Noah Yilmaz over bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.

The conversations also covered the developments in the Yemeni arena including the violations of the Iranian regime backed terrorist Houthi militias against the Yemeni people.

Tureik greatly valued the supportive stances of the Turkish government in support of the internationally recognized Yemeni government, deeply appreciating the significant contribution of the government and organizations to the humanitarian actions in Yemen.

The Turkish official reaffirmed his government's support for Yemen's unity, stability and its territorial integrity.

He also stated that Ankara will continue to support the Yemeni government and the UN-led efforts bring the conflict to its end and establish peace.
