The Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nazar Basuhaib held talks today, Tuesday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the delegation of the World Bank (WB) headed by the official of water in the Middle East and North Africa Marcos Wechart on the joint coordination about the project of water and food security which is set to be carried out in our country in the coming period.
Dr. Basuhaib also met separately today with the delegation of the Swiss Development Agency headed by the program's official Nadine Gaghi.
They discussed the Swiss Agency's interventions in the humanitarian and development projects.
It is important to note that the Swiss Development Agency carried out projects with a total cost of 3 million and 643 thousand USD and 9 million and 643 thousand euro.
The agency carried out projects in the areas of agriculture, cash for protection, livelihood, demining, money transfers, water and sanitation.
