The President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi asserted that the declaration of the country-reunion was nothing but an embodiment of a deep rooted fact in the history illustrates that Yemeni people had been one single nation in terms of culture, identity, language, history and geography, even though the eras of fragmentations, divisions and conflicts throughout Yemen's history the people remained one single and great nation and they will be great and united forever in the federal Yemeni state.

In his address to the nation on the eve of the 30th Anniversary of the Republic of Yemen President Hadi stated the country reunion was misused by some influential political elites, exploited by some groups and viewed as a danger by other sectarian oriented segment.

The President argued that the National Dialogue Conference provided the Yemeni people a good opportunity to redress the errors and irregularities in all walks of life. He said "But as usual spoilers are always ready to stand in the way of the wisdom, the selfish people and backers of small proposals rushed up to disrupt the reforms process, triggering wars they used to live amid its swamps",
President Hadi said " We're doing out utmost efforts to restore the state, put down the coup and the insurgency of its different forms in the north and the south of the country".

The President retreated that he has always been very keen to stop the war and make peace but Houthi militia has proved no desire to peace, it has continued to turn down all calls to peace.
