Acting Water and Environment Minister Tawfeek al-Sharjabi and the general manager of the Egyptian Consultants Firm discussed on Thursday finalizing preparations to sign water and sanitation projects in Aden and Sayoon cities.
The $80 million projects are funded by the Arab Fund for Water and Sanitation Facilities.
The meeting discussed the sewage downstream basins in Kaboota and Al-Areesh of Aden and the project to rehabilitate Jabal Hadeed Water Cistern as well as the sanitary network for Khowr Maksar in Aden at a cost of $11 million.
