Yemen's Ambassador to Canada and Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, Jamal Al-Sallal, met on Monday with Canadian Deputy Foreign Minister David Morrison to discuss ways to strengthen and expand bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

The meeting, attended by Director General for the Middle East at Global Affairs Canada, Stephanie Malcolm, also reviewed the latest developments in Yemen. Ambassador Al-Sallal expressed appreciation for Canada's continued support to Yemen, particularly in the political and humanitarian fields.
