The Republic of Yemen has welcomed the American administration's decision to classify the Iranian Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization.
The Foreign Ministry viewed this move as a constructive step in the right direction will have positive impact upon security and peace in the region and world.
In statement the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) got a copy of it, the Foreign Ministry welcomed the American decision in the hope that it may push the Iranian regime to rethink about its policy, change the course and stop its interference in Arab countries' internal affairs.
The Foreign Ministry called on the International Community (IC) to mount pressure upon Iran to compel it honors its obligations as a member of the UN, stop destabilizing regional security and peace.
