Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Abdul Rahman al-Mahrami has called on the government to find effective mechanisms to bring the down spiral of the national currency to a halt develop revenues to afford cash and enable it to pay public salaries.
In a meeting with Prime Minister Ahmed bin Mubarak today, Al-Mahrami laid emphasis on the necessity of activating the role of audit and control authorities to preserve state resources and public money from misuse and optimizing the resources available to serve the needs of the country.
