Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, met at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, today, Tuesday, with the head of the General Authority for State Lands and Real Estate, Anis Baharitha.

Major General Al-Zubaidi was briefed by the head of the commission on the commission's efforts to preserve state lands and real estate and to stop tampering and illegal actions against state-owned lands in the liberated governorates.

The member of the Leadership Council, the head of the State Lands and Real Estate Authority, directed not to deal with any directives affecting state-owned lands under any justification, and also directed the local authorities in the governorates to cooperate with the authority in order to enable them to carry out their responsibilities and perform their tasks to the fullest noting in the context the nullity of any procedures or disposal of state lands that violate the laws in force.

In this regard, Major General Al-Zubaidi affirmed that any sale, purchase, or disposal of state-owned land outside the law is null and void, and whoever proves his involvement in neglecting state property will be dealt with firmly.

For his part, the head of the commission gave Major General Al-Zubaidi a detailed explanation regarding the violations that occurred in the file of state lands and the parties behind them, expressing his thanks and gratitude for the interest shown by the member of the Leadership Council in following up on this file and his support for the efforts made by the leadership of the commission to address tampering with state lands and real estate. .
