Mabkhout bin Mubarak bin Madi was sworn in, today, Monday, in front of His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, on the occasion of his appointment as Governor of Hadhramaut Governorate, and Raafat Ali Ibrahim Al-Thaqali on the occasion of his appointment as Governor of the Socotra Archipelago.

Subsequently, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council spoke to the new governors in a guiding speech, urging them to work in a team spirit to activate state agencies, establish justice and enforce the law, and work with all components to exploit the unique components of the two governorates with distinct history, location, and promising development opportunities.
