The Supreme Council of Energy (SCE) has approved a number of plans and alternatives to develop strategic solutions to improve the electricity services by using renewable energy and less cost fuels to generate electricity.

Under-Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Mansour Baggash expressed appreciation for the International Committee for Red Cross (CRC) for the humanitarian efforts it has been exerting in Yemen.
He voiced his remark as he met here today with the Representative of the ICRC in Yemen Abdullah Sa'id.
The session intended to discuss the ICRC's action plans and programs in 2022 and aspects of coordination between the Yemeni government and the ICRC.
