FM, Russian Ambassador confer over issues of common interest

Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Hadrami met Tuesday with the Ambassador of Russian Federation to the Republic of Yemen Vladimir Dedoshkin.
They conferred over several issues of common interest including the political developments in Yemen and Russia's role as it will assume the rotatory headship of the International Security Council next month.
Al-Hadrami reiterated the government's keenness to establish peace that is based on the three terms of reference. He also stated that the government has continued to deal constructively with the proposals suggested by the UN's Envoy to Yemen Mr. Martin Griffiths.
The Russian Ambassador affirmed his country's support for the UN envoy's efforts, wishing re-establishing security, stability and peace in Yemen as soon as possible
