Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik followed up the ongoing military operations carried out by the national military troops backed by Saudi-led Arab Coalition in the governorate of Al-Baidha.

In telephone calls he conducted Wednesday with the Governor of al-Baidha Maj. Nasser Asswadi and Commander of Baihan axis Maj.General Mufarih Baheihbeh, Dr Ma'een got first-hand facts about the ongoing fighting in the battlefields of al-Baidha's fronts.

In the two phone conversations Dr. Ma'een commended the heroic fighting the troops have been engaged in against Iran-allied Houthi rebels, highly praising the courageous stance of al-Baidha's people in support of the government's troops.

General Assawadi and Baheibheh detailed Ma'een on the significant military advancements realized in al-Baidhad governorate.
