The Supreme Council of Energy (SCE) has approved a number of plans and alternatives to develop strategic solutions to improve the electricity services by using renewable energy and less cost fuels to generate electricity.

A housing project included 100 units established in the district of al-Hazm in Aljawf governorate to shelter the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) from Sa'ada governorate who fled their own regions due to Iran-allied Houthi militia.
The project is funded by the Charitable Society of Sheikh Abdullah Annori in the state of Kuwait.
Deputy governor of Aljawf Eng. Abdullah al-Hashidi inaugurated the built-up units.
