Yemeni-Chinese bilateral relations discussed

Under-Secretary of Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs Mansour Baggash met Thursday with Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Kang Yong.

They discussed aspects of bilateral ties and cooperation between the two friendly countries.

The conversations also touched upon the developments in the Yemeni national scene including the efforts to make peace.

Baggash expressed the Yemeni government's appreciation for China's support for Yemen in different spheres.

The Chinese Ambassador reiterated his country's support for the legitimate government and the efforts to achieve peace. Mr Yong also stated that China's contribution to the humanitarian efforts in Yemen is continuing.
