Taiz officials, NGO representatives discuss support to health and environmental sectors

Government officials and representatives of local and international NGOs convened a meeting in Taiz on Monday to discuss supporting the heath and environmental sectors of the city.
The meeting, attended by Deputy Taiz Governor for Heath Affairs Elan Abdulhaq and the director general of the provincial Public Health and Population office Abdurahim al-Samiee, addressed the impact of the spread of watery diarrhea and cholera in the province.
Al-Samiee thanked all international organizations involved in offering support for fighting cholera and other epidemics.
