Minister of Social Affairs Ebtijah al-Kamal and Save the Children's Yemen humanitarian operations manager Nora Hasanayn have signed a pact to improve the Yemeni population's access to life saving services.
The two officials signed the agreement in the temporary capital Aden today.
The $28 million project is expected to benefit 37000 people in Aden, Hodeidah and Ibb provinces.
