The U.S. Embassy in Yemen has stated that the inspection of any vessel by the United Nations Verification and Inspection Mechanism in Yemen (UNVIM) does not mean that it is safe from U.S. sanctions, especially those ships, entities and individuals providing material support to the Houthis.

KSrelief distributes food parcels in Jawf, holds training courses in Lahj

King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Activities has distributed 300 food parcels weighing 22 tons on displaced camps in several areas in Hazm District, Jawf Province.

Up to 1800 people benefited from the aid, which comes in the framework of the projects of distributing102, 170 food parcels in a number of provinces.

The center also carried out a training course on means of combating insects harming agricultural crops and another in field of agricultural marketing within training program in agricultural sector of Improving Livelihood Project in Yemen.

The Director of Agricultural Office in Musaimir District Abdulbaset Abdullah valued the big support for implementing the project in Yemen and training farmers on improving their agricultural skills.
