Minister of Transport of Yemen, Dr. Abdel Salam Humayd, chaired a meeting of the General Assembly of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Cairo.
The meeting, attended by Arab ministers, ambassadors, and heads of delegation, discussed the Academy's efforts under the leadership of its President, Dr. Ismail Abdel-Ghaffar.
The participants praised the President's achievements, including the establishment of new branches, colleges, and institutes, as well as the Academy's rising rankings globally and within Egypt.
They also commended the Academy's efforts to strengthen ties with prestigious international universities through cooperation agreements, enabling dual-degree certifications.
