The National Army's engineering teams have demined more than 400 landmines and explosives laid by Houthi militia in Baqem, northern Sa'ada.
"The engineering teams in the pivot {Sa'ada military pivot} have demined the landmines and the explosives grenades laid by the militia in a number of villages and plants in Baqem District," the Commander of Border Guards Third Brigade General Aziz al-Khatabi told the Defense Ministry's website Sep.net
He added that the militia lays down landmines in neighborhoods and roads, neglecting lives of civilians.
The Iran-backed Houthi militia lays landmines and explosive grenades in a failed try to hinder advance of the National Army's forces but these mines and grenades leave hundreds of victims from civilians.
