Arroaini meets with Head of EU Mission in Yemen

Minister of State for Implementing Outcomes of National Dialogue Yasser Arroaini met Friday in Jordan with the Head of the European Union (EU) Mission in Yemen Antonia Calvo-Pureta, Country Director in the UN Commission for Equality and Empowering Woman Martha Kulburn , and with Director of Woman Program for Security and Peace Dr Lorenz Rosy.

Discussions focused on the International Community's role as guarantor and sponsor for implementing the outcomes of the National Dailogue.

Arroaini explained the Ministry's efforts aimed to raise-awareness about the National Dialogue's outcomes and the draft bill of the new constitutions among the Yemeni society.

The EU Ambassador to Yemen stressed the importance of working on implementing the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference that all Yemeni people came to agreement about.

The UN woman representative in Yemen underscored the importance of bolstering women's and youths' role in this stage to get their rights enshrined in the outcomes of the National Dialogue.
