The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. National Commission inspects Taiz mine victims

The National Commission to Investigate Alleged Violations to Human Rights has inspected alleged human rights violations in villages of Aqaqa, Mate', Sayahi, Haramia and Dhaba in Taizia and Saber Mawadem districts, which have suffered heavy shelling by different types of weapons and mines.

The monitors were briefed on 38 victims, six children and 14 women, and inspected havoc caused by shelling.

The two districts have been witnessing many human rights violations defined by International Humanitarian Law led by killing and injuring civilians and forcibly displacement to insecure areas.

The commission's team continues visits to other villages for investigating and documenting violation cases.
