President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi has sent messages of congratulations to his Djibouti counterpart Ismail Omar Guelleh and the Madgascan counterpart Hery Rajaonarimampianina on the national independence days of their countries, 27 June and 26 June respectively.
President Hadi thanked the Djibouti government and people for standing by Yemen's side at all times, especially in the current circumstances.
In both cables, he expressed wishes of prosperity for the leaders and people of both countries, Djibouti and Madagascar.
