Askar meets with Acting Dutch Ambassador to Switzerland
(Saba)- Deputy Minister of Human Rights Mohammed Askar on Tuesday met with the Acting Dutch Ambassador to Switzerland on the sidelines of the 34th session of the Human Rights Council held in Geneva.
Askar exalted the stances of the Netherland government which supported the Yemeni legitimate government and the Yemeni people at the Human Rights Council and the UN Security Council.
He also said that it also provided humanitarian assistances to Yemenis who were displaced by militias of the Houthis and Saleh across different Yemeni governorates.
The acting ambassador highly appreciated the cooperation of the Yemeni government with the international community and the development of its relation with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and other UN organizations working in the fields of human rights and relief.
