Yemen's Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq al-Khader Ahmed Marmash discussed with the Iraqi Minister of Justice Dr. Khaled Shawani ways to enhance judicial and legal cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

This will serve common interests and enhances coordination in areas of common interest.

The two sides also discussed the conditions of Yemeni prisoners in Iraqi prisons and reviewed the possibility of transferring them to the Republic of Yemen in accordance with the agreements and legal regulations in force between the two countries, and taking into account the humanitarian aspects and judicial procedures in force.
