The two officials also exchanged views on issues of shared concern and explored ways to enhance coordination within international institutions.

He urged the international community to adopt stronger measures against the Houthi movement, calling for the group to be listed as a terrorist organization due to its ongoing actions that threaten Yemen’s stability, regional security, and international shipping routes.
Noman also called for Yemen’s inclusion in development and aid programs managed by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, saying such support would contribute to humanitarian relief, development initiatives, and strengthening state institutions.
