The Under-Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates for Political Affairs Dr. Mansour Baggash expressed thanks and gratitude to the People's Republic of China for its supportive stances in support of the unity of and territorial integrity of the Republic of Yemen, deeply appreciated Beijing's support for the Yemeni government's efforts aimed at restoring the state institutions, establishing security and stability in Yemen.

He made his statement during his talks today, Tuesday, with the Chargé d' Affaires of the embassy of the People's Republic of China in Yemen Zhao Cheng over Yemeni-Chinese bilateral relations and topical issues of common interest.

The Chinese diplomat reaffirmed China's support for Yemen's unity and sovereignty.
He stated that Beijing is very interested in maintaining coordination with the Yemeni government and supporting ongoing efforts aimed at achieving peace and stability.
