Yemen's Ambassador to Pakistan, Mohammed Al-Ashbi, met with Pakistan's Foreign Secretary for Middle Eastern Affairs, Ambassador Syed Maaroof, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations across various sectors.
Ambassador Al-Ashbi briefed the Pakistani official on Yemen's current situation and challenges facing efforts by the political leadership, as well as international community initiatives to establish peace and security in Yemen.
The Pakistani official expressed interest in enhancing cooperation between the two nations.
