Yemen participates in IAEA Board of Governors meeting in Vienna

A Yemeni delegation led by the country's Ambassador to Vienna and Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency Haytham Shoja'aadin has taken part in an IAEA Board of Governors meeting in the Austrian capital.

In a session on the verification and monitoring in Iran under UN Security Council Resolution No. 2231 of 2015, Shoja'aadin delivered a speech in which he confirmed Iran's violations of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, stressing Yemen's absolute rejection of the acts of maritime piracy and attacks carried out by the terrorist Houthi militia with full support from the Iranian regime in Yemeni territorial waters in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea, which pose a grave threat to international shipping, peace and security.
