His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council PLC) sent today, Thursday, a cable of condolences to His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain on the casualties of the flash floods that hit some Spanish regions, namely Valencia, caused the death of dozens and heavy material loses.
President al-Alimi expressed his own and on behalf of the PLC's members, the Yemeni government and people deep grief and sincere condolences to His Majesty King Felipe VI, the families of the victims and the friendly people of Spain on this heartbreaking disaster.
