Planning ministry, UNDP discuss water interventions

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizar Basuhaib discussed Monday with representatives of UNDP interventions in water sector and sanitation.

The meeting touched upon a matrix for water sector projects, means of renewing water sources, reducing lost water and means of keeping water sources and protecting them against pollution for providing water to different social groups.

Basuhaib confirmed significance of UN interventions in water sector in Yemen due to urgent need for providing water services to society and for agriculture in different country's provinces.
