Member of the Presidential Leadership Council General Sultan al-Erada discussed Wednesday with US Ambassador to Yemen Stephen Fagen latest developments in Yemen and UN peace efforts.
In the visual communications on Wednesday, al-Erada confirmed that the Presidential Leadership Council supports UN and international efforts in realizing peace and ending the war in Yemen if Houthi militia abides by implementing commitments in the UN Truce.
General al-Erada pointed out that the Presidential Leadership Council is doing its best in very difficult conditions and this requires from brothers and friends helping hand and support to overcome current challenges.
For his part, the US diplomat confirmed his country's keenness on continuity of the truce and implementing its requirements for reaching inclusive peace.
He also confirmed his country's support to the Presidential Leadership Council and to Yemen's unity and stability.
