The Minister of Oil and Minerals, Abdul Salam Baa-Aboud, and the Governor of Al-Mahrah Governorate, Muhammad Ali Yasser, laid the foundation stones for a model LPG station project, funded by the Yemeni Gas Company, today in Al-Ghaydah city. 
The station will serve the governorate of Al-Mahra, especially its capital and its outskirts at an initial capacity of 100 tons and will subsequently rise to 200 tons in the future. 
The Minister and the Governor also laid the foundation stone for a project to establish a building for the Aircraft Supply Administration at Al-Ghaydah International Airport, which will cost 150 thousand dollars, funded by the oil company in the governorate. 
The facility will include a building equipped with a laboratory for examining jet fuel and a staff building with the possibility of adding other departments in the future.
